I m writing review after staying 1 month, Ambiance is excellent.Construction quality is excellent. Feature what they promised at the time of purchase, fulfill every thing even though if anything you got buggy they (support team) fix them as well.Only one request was there instead UV water filter if you provide RO water system it will add more value in feature.Thanks Evershine. and Team specially Rishabh and Vijay.

Very beautiful complex, all the flats have balcony. Nicely built.the podium is pretty and play area for kids is great.There is ample parking space available.Whole complex is accessible has ramps in each building for wheelchair, lift is big enough for wheelchair too.The water supply is limited as of now but they have provided tanks for water storage in every apartment. They have also provided inverter.The view from the home is pleasant.Furniture store, appliances store, restaurants and pharmacy is at walkable distance.

Beautiful place to live in. Spacious gallery compared to other buildings. Sooo many amenities. Beautiful podiums, lots of greenery. It's worth getting a home in Amavi 303. One more best thing about amavi is the friendly staff and with helpful nature. Special thanks to Pramod mishra he got the home buying process with ease.
